[MLO] 12WY - Anyone using MLO with 12 Week Year (12WY) planning and execution method?

I am just getting started with the "12 Week Year" (12WY) planning and
execution system in MLO, after trying a bunch of other things over the
years in MLO.
Anyone have experiences to report using MLO to support a 12WY approach to
goals and tasks?

More info on 12WY Here:
https://12weekyear.com/
http://www.asianefficiency.com/systems/12-week-year-mistakes-2/
https://thejimedwardsmethod.com/12-week-year/

The second site has a couple quick quotes to share:
"The purpose of the 12 week year is to narrow your focus for the 12 weeks
down to the 1-3 goals that matter so you can make incredible progress on
those things. The biggest mistake I have made is trying to cram too much
into the 12 weeks."

In some regards, there is nothing special or magical about the 12WY
approach, it's mainly a commonsense, explicit, structured goal execution
system. If you are familiar with 4DX, The Four Disciplines of Execution,
there is a tremendous amount of commonality.
To me, 12WY feels like a more structured, clearly time-boxed version of
4DX, with emphasis on *daily* execution, and the assumption that the work
in 12WY *is* your "Day Job", where 4DX aims to help part-time strategic
process improvements succeed over time, and an assumption that you/your
team will only be able to devote about 20% of your time to the "Wildly
Important Goals" you come up with as part of 4DX, because the other 80% of
your time is working on your "Day Job", i.e., what they call "The
Whirlwind".

Strangely, the prescriptiveness of the 12WY approach feels liberating to
me, because it's very clear on what to do, when, and why. There are also
lots of good support materials out there for 12WY, including paid coaching
options, as well as assorted online templates.
So far I'm feeling like the constraints of 12WY are a natural fit with the
flexibility of MLO. I abused the flexibility of MLO with my GTD-based
efforts in it, to the point where I captured too much and my MLO outlines
became overwhelming, rather than focusing. So I wound up using MLO more
for brainstorming and outlining the work, rather than actually guiding my
*execution* of the work. That was my personal failing, ADD issues, etc.
and probably won't apply to most people here. It's like Dana K. White of
ASlobComesClean.com says, "Did you ever notice that most organizing books
were written by people who are already organized?" So perhaps it applies
to MLO users, "Did you ever notice most people who are highly organized and
focused in how they use MLO were already highly organized and focused
before they started using MLO?"

Anyway, If you’re like me, you want to hit the ground running for 2016 as
FAST as possible, and the 12 Week Year... Wait... what the HELL... it's
2018, almost 2019, 2016 is like, so 2-years-ago! Actually, the first
sentence was a quote stolen from the JimEdwards website above. I'm just
late to the party, as usual. Gives things more time to mature before I
stumble across them.

I feel like I can use MLO pretty well as my execution system for 12WY, so
if it's going well for me I'll come back and share some screen shots of how
I implement the 12WY concepts in MLO. So far, I have made each "Week" of
the 12-week period a folder underneath the goal heading, with the specific
objectives for the week as part of the folder title.
